Sugarfree pear pie
Sugarfree pear pie
Sugarfree pear pie, I received this beauty as a gift, but of course, I'm more than happy to share the recipe with you!
This low carb and sugarfree pear pie is easy to make and highly customizable. You can replace the small amount of flour with extra almond meal as long as you add some additional binding agent. You can also experiment with different fruits and try making apple crumble cake instead of pears, or you can even opt for a sugarfree and low carb berry crumble cake. If you prefer not to use pears due to your low carb diet, you can replace them with red fruits, for example. There are plenty of variations to explore, so let's get started on the sugarfree pear pie!

Then, add the flour (if using), salt, baking powder, and almond meal to the butter mixture with Steviala Kristal Sweet. Grease a cake pan with butter and a little flour or use parchment paper. Pour the batter into the cake pan. Peel the pears, cut them into quarters, and make small incisions in each pear.
