Preparation
Making sugarfree breakfast muffins
Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then take a large mixing bowl and add whole wheat flour (or almond flour), oats, baking powder, Kristal Sweet, cinnamon, and salt. Mix this well first.
Then add the vanilla extract, milk, and egg. Mix until it forms a smooth batter. Finally, add the Steviala Dark Chocolate Chips and frozen berries. Save some of the Dark Chocolate Chips and berries for the topping. Mix this again thoroughly.
Grease a cupcake baking tin with oil, melted butter, or baking spray. Then distribute the sugarfree breakfast muffin batter in the cupcake baking tin. We used an ice cream scoop for this. It's a bit easier. Finally, distribute the remaining Dark Chocolate Chips, berries, sliced almonds, and Steviala Ery-Bronze as toppings.
Place the cupcakes in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool before removing them from the baking tin. Enjoy!
