Preparation
Making a sugar free cherry clafoutis
First, start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. Then take a large mixing bowl and add the wheat flour, Steviala Kristal Sweet, a pinch of salt and vanilla extract. Then add the (plant-based) milk and eggs and mix until smooth. Would you rather make a low carb and sugar free cherry clafoutis? Replace the wheat flour with almond flour and add 1 extra egg. You can then also choose to replace the cherries with forest fruits.
Then grease an oven dish or quiche tin with baking spray or butter and then divide the cherries over the bottom. Finally, pour the cherry clafoutis batter over it. Then place the baking dish or quiche tin in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Then let the sugar free cherry clafoutis cool and serve with topping of your choice. We went for a scoop of sugar free vanilla ice cream with Steviala Supreme Strawberry!
