- 1 egg
- 50 grams self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Steviala Kristal Sweet
- 50 ml milk (plant-based if desired)
- pinch of salt
- Steviala Magical Maple to taste

- 2 mixing bowls

Making maple pancakes for 1 person
Making these maple pancakes is really easy. See it for yourself! First, start by splitting the eggs. Then take out 2 mixing bowls. Then in the first bowl, mix the egg yolks with the self-rising flour, vanilla extract, Steviala Kristal Sweet, milk and a pinch of salt. Mix this into a smooth batter. In the other mixing bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. Then gently pour the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites and whisk together without losing too much volume. The pancake batter is now ready.
Next, you can choose to bake the pancakes in a pan. But you can also use the Tefal Snack Collection for this. First heat the pan or Snack Collection and then grease it with baking spray or melted butter. Bake the pancakes in the pan until bubbles appear in the batter. Then flip the maple pancakes.
