  • 200 grams Steviala almond flour
  • 40 grams Steviala Frost
  • 40 grams Steviala Kristal Sweet
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 120 grams butter
  • half beaten egg

Tartelette filling

  • 250 grams sugarfree caramel sauce
  • 100 grams Steviala Dark Chocolate Melties
  • 150 grams Steviala Milk Chocolate Melties
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 grams chopped Easter eggs

Baking supplies

  • baking sheet with parchment paper
  • food processor
  • mixing bowl
  • saucepan
  • spatula
  • 2 sauce bottles

Preparation

Making low carb Easter tartlets

Start by making the tartlet crust. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then add the butter in cubes and knead until crumbly dough forms. Add the egg and mix until you have a smooth dough.

Dust a work surface with Steviala coconut flour. Roll out the dough and divide it into 4 parts over the tartlet rings. Prick the bottom with a fork and place the tartlets in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Then preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Bake the tartlets in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Let the crusts cool completely.

Making sugarfree caramel sauce

Follow the recipe for this sugarfree caramel sauce. Let the sauce cool slightly and then pour it into a sauce bottle.

Making sugarfree chocolate ganache

Finally, make the sugarfree chocolate ganache. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it reaches boiling point. Then add the Dark and Milk Chocolate Melties. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour the chocolate ganache into a sauce bottle as well.

Now it's time to assemble the low carb Easter tartlets. Fill them first with the sugarfree caramel sauce. Then pipe the sugarfree chocolate ganache on top.

Finish it off with Easter eggs and other Easter decorations. Enjoy! Divide the tartlets into 8 portions for favorable macros.
